Float Pod

Experience Weightless Relaxation.

What is Float Therapy?

Without any interruptions from daily life, relax like never before. Relieve stress and pain, heal faster, and improve sleep. 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt creates an environment that’s even saltier than the dead sea! This allows your body to float effortlessly, eliminating the effects of gravity, almost like you are floating in space! This sensation is truly unique and deeply relaxing. It’s even safe to fall asleep.

The water is heated to skin temperature (93.5ºF), and once you close the pod door, external stimuli, light, sound, touch, and gravity are removed, creating what neuroscientists call Reduced Environmental Stimulation Therapy (REST). This is a unique environment where your nervous system shifts from stress mode to deep restoration.

Why Float?

In our everyday lives, we are constantly surrounded by stimulation—screens, noise, responsibilities, and endless demands on our attention. Floating offers something increasingly rare: stillness.

As you effortlessly float in warm water enriched with a thousand pounds of Epsom salt, your body is fully supported while light, sound, gravity, and other sensory input gently fade into the background. In this quiet space, your nervous system naturally shifts from survival mode into a state of deep rest and restoration.
When the body feels safe, it remembers how to heal.

Stress hormones begin to decrease while your brain naturally produces more of the neurotransmitters associated with calm, well-being, and emotional balance. Muscles soften, joints decompress, the spine lengthens, and the mind becomes quiet. Many people describe the experience as pressing a reset button—not because anything is added, but because everything unnecessary falls away.

Floating is more than relaxation. It is an invitation to return to yourself.
In the silence, you may discover greater mental clarity, emotional balance, deeper sleep, faster physical recovery, reduced pain, and relief from the weight of stress and anxiety. It is a space where the body can restore, the mind can settle, and the spirit can simply be.
Healing doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it begins when we create enough stillness to remember the wholeness that has been within us all along.

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have.” — Eckhart Tolle

What to Expect

Release all expectations.
Floating is a deeply personal experience, and no two floats are ever exactly the same. Each session is an opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are. Some people experience profound relaxation, others discover mental clarity, emotional release, creative insight, or simply the rare gift of complete stillness.
There is nothing you need to accomplish and nowhere you need to be. Simply allow yourself to float, breathe, and let the experience unfold naturally.
The beauty of floating lies in the unknown.
When we release our expectations, we create space for something unexpected—a quieter mind, a lighter body, a new perspective, or a deeper connection with ourselves.
Trust the experience. Your body already knows how to rest. Your mind already knows how to let go.
